TECHNICAL SERVICE




Ideal Makina's Technical Services Department is responsible for providing the highest quality after-sales services as possible as to its customers. Our fully qualified staff of mechanic, electric, electronic and installment technicians get periodic trainings in facilities of producing companies. We provide the after-sales services below:

Installation
  • This service is offered by us or requested by our customers when it comes to comprehensive projects that require more than one product.
  • Installation service includes placing the products we supplied, linking them to each other and choosing the right equipments for pipes, armatures, electricity, etc.
  • Installation is a paid, optional service. Customers that require this service must contact us to determine the extent, time, location and price of the service.
Commissioning
  • Comissioning is making sure that all of the equipments are set up allright and the environment is convenient for the process. Our technical staff members set the products up, check the electricity and mechanic state of the equipments, analyze the environment and run the process for the first time, making sure that everything that's needed for the process is provided. After our staff and client observe that our plant does its job properly, they sign a handover agreement.
  • If there is no client-specific agreement involved, comissioning is a free service of Ideal Makina. We make sure that everything we sell works flawlessly.
  • Comissioning service is done by our staff and client, signing the handover agreement. Both Ideal Makina and its client keep a copy of the agreement.
Supervising
  • This service is mostly requested by our customers when it comes to comprehensive projects that require more than one product.
  • We consult on placing our products on the site, setting them to interact with each other, choosing the pipes, armatures, connecting parts, power cables and other minor equipments to use. We also supervise the installations of these products.
  • Supervising is a paid, optional service. Customers that require this service must contact us to determine the extent, time, location and price of the service.
Maintenance and Repairs
  • After commissioning, Ideal Makina grants warranty, therefore, becomes the authorized provider of after-sales services and spare parts for its client. So the clients should contact Ideal Makina in case they need service(s) for the products they bought from Ideal Makina.
  • For general maintenance requests for plants in local places, Ideal Makina charges only "service call fee", for general maintenance requests for plants in non-local places, Ideal Makina also charges "travel expenses" and "accomadation costs", if accomadation is needed. Costs of consumables that are used and spare parts that are provided are added to the costs stated above.
  • Clients of Ideal Makina are charged for shipping costs of maintenance and repair services that Ideal Makina provides in its service centers. Clients can request current prices by visiting, calling or sending and e-mail to Ideal Makina.
  • "Periodic service agreements" that Ideal Makina makes with its customers can significiantly reduce the price while it helps maintaining the quality and continuity of the operation.
Spare Parts
  • You can't know when you'll need spare parts. Because of this, Ideal Makina always has the most-used spare parts in its stock.
  • We supply you with necessary spare parts from stock, so you don't have to lose your valuable time.
